Then it wasn't out of love. She was drunk and out of it and it seemed like a good idea at a time. Just sit down with her and talk to her about it. Try not to make it sound like it was all her fault. Just explain that you both were a little drunk and didn't have a clear sense of what was going on and it just kinda happened. Say you're sorry and that explain that you want to move on past it and continue being good friends and that it doesn't mean anything. Then maybe give her a little kiss and maybe ask her out to something.

The important thing is that you don't just sit on the issue and hope that it will go away. Confront her with it sometime when you guys have a minute to chat and have some privacy. Just explain how you feel about it, ask how she feels, and talk about it. That's really the best thing you can do. She probably feels awkward about it too just like you.
