step 1 : eat healthy food in healthy measures
step 2 : burn it up with sports.
DUH!!1 I mean wtf... all of those diets and starving yourself and pills and whatevers won't get you anywhere. You have to burn more than you eat, the only way that the fat goes away. If you starve yourself, only muscles will dissolve. The fat will still be there. Find a sport that you enjoy (karate, breakdance, bicycling... ETC) and stick to it.
