Severe the eyelids of said person, exposing their eyeballs completely. Take your blood stained knife/razor and wipe off some blood on each eyeball. Impale the wrists and ankles. Do this for as many days as nessery.

Then after a few months, don't worry about fear, by now he's probally aready begging for death. Start a chainsaw and give him a false sence of security, then stop it and continue untill all will to live has left his body and he dies naturally.
