I'm not intentionally backseat moding. I am just trying to inform the user that he will get banned for a few days if he posts a spam thread, and should think about that next time. If it were a thread talking about how funny the commercial was I would understand, but he just posted a picture and said a funny comment. How does that contribute to the forum?
