I fall under level four, but I'd say I was a level five.

Funny, if someone else would have made this I wouldn't like it either. But I dd add my thoughts on posting if you payed attention.

I dont really agree with this. Respect on the BBS would come more from your posts. How many, how good they were and how popular they were.

Dude, people can be level 1, and be more respected than pimp is. Nobody cares about levels, anyone can deposit exp, but people who are mature or atlesat ot completly stupid are not noobs. Noobs are not new people, noobs here are people who spam and talk like, "deh internez is awsum tom fulpz iz god".

Jeez people. Stop feeling insulted or something. The guy was bored and wrote that up because he had nothing better to do. Hell, isn't NG a time killer anyway? Plus, if your pride depends on what one user, who you probably don't know in real life, thinks of the levels, then you have problems. Leave the kid alone, you don't have to agree with him.

I personnaly enjoyed reading that, although I agree that respect comes more from regularity in the forums (i.e high # post/day) and intelligence (quality post).

The levels don't mean nothing. Only how you act with eachother that's how you get respect.

THANK YOU! Finally someone is acting reasonable. Everyone just wants to get their word out without thinking, or they just wanted to go with the group. But you stood up and told them off, I respect that, and I respect you......But of course nobody else will even think of reading this and will probably continue mocking me, but whatever it's just a thread.

Thank you for the good criticism! I was just bored last night and thought, I should describe the levels of popularity in Newgrounds. Of course it would be kind of hard for posting because a bad poster could post a lot, while a really good poster posts barely at all! So I had to do it with levels, hey that's how a lot of people know to respect here right? Thanks again for not flaming me, if I get more good responses I may do a version with the Blam/Save Rankings. Now what to call it.....

I have met Tom, before I even came to newgrounds. In fact, meeting him had nothing to do with newgrounds, he didn't even mention it when I first met him.

Also, he doesn't care about levels, they are there only to give you something to do, it is not a hierachy system. There is already a hierachy system;

Remake it based on number of posts and posts per day. That still won't be entirely accurate, but it'll be better then the current one.
