This is a drawing that I did this afternoon. It's the first drawing I've even done in this position, so forgive the funky wrinkles in the clothing.

The hair looked as close to real as a mortal could make it with such drawing tools. Excellent work indeed.

Proportions aren't good.
Face is way too big, but your shading is priority here...
Don't randomly shade but do it like this:
GODDAMNIT... sorry for doubleposting... I feel sick now.
He also broke his arm. Twice.

Yeah, I thought my shading was kind of funky, too.
I really need practice with directional-light shading.

Oh yeah, I can definitely draw better on paper.
But I don't have a scanner to show you guys. :'(

Do you have a camera? If you do, you can take a picture of it, and show us.
Anyway, Like the others said, the shading is wrong, and his arm does look like it was broken twice.

Hm, it looks pretty good, although I've noticed you shyed away from drawing hands. But, just go for it, practice makes perfect! Just look at your own, or someone else's hands for reference and then you won't have to always cover them with baggy sleeves(or in my case I used to just have the person with their arms behind their back xD).
On another note, take a look at a profile of someone's face, and notice the indent between the forhead and nose, and that the eye is set a little farther back in the head. Aside from that, very nice job!
