Huge youth population does not mean that there will be increased crime, it also depends on how strict laws are and how much effort is put to teach these people before they become like this, take where i live for example, the abortion rate is maybe around 1%-10% of all unborn babies and yet the number of crimes that happen a day isnt really that many. You dont see murders or armed robberies everyday especially the second one.
