screw that, when ive finished my flash im still submitting it, aint no way that some stupid check box is gonna stop me from submitting guns n ammo. (and people have told mewhat theyve seen of it is better than alot of finished stuff theyve seen so not all flashes by 13 year olds are crap)

I'm wondering that by putting an 18 year old legal disclaimer, isn't just for Newgrounds protection.
I mean, if you click the button that your 18, YOU have made a claim that you are 18 & in effect takes any liability off Newgrounds.
After all, there is no way, at this time for anyone to be 100% sure of someones age.
So if it is proven that you are under 18 & you have submitted content etc. by the fact you have falsefied your age, that keeps Newgrounds in the clear.
I am only guessing, but in legal terms it could be right.
