What if MissingNo was actually like the "Pokemon" God? That it was put in there on purpose? This theory would explain the "Glitch". With this line of thought it would not be so much a "Glitch" as a ritual act of worship! A "ritual" that give you "Power" and whatever you want. Unending bounty's of items if you worship the MissingNo.
Just a thought.
