Ok I didn't make it clear enough my fault. What I ment is that it is really simple. Recolor then paste the bulbs onto the head. Not much effort. But that is how everybodies fusions start out.

some of the fusions do, a bit, but the sig itself as a whole doesnt look it unless youre scrutinizing it

-take away all extra white space - there is no need for it and its just annoying
-preferably use the newgrounds background color (press prtscrn/ sysrq and open paint or whatever else and paste it in, than use the eyedropper to get the color and delete the rest)
-dont save as a gif unless you are using something that wont destroy the quality
-dont resize it unless you use ctrl + a and then ctrl + w and make it 200 and 200, and then fix it by repeating but putting 50 and 50, preferably though just zoom in as much as you need to, and zoom out when done

other than that theres not much of kyogre in it and if that tail-ish thing on dragonite is supposed to be the tail on it, why did you leave dragonites actual tail?
youll get better with practice, but you really do need to practice a lot and take the time to learn how to use your mediums - for help on that read this:

theres other things that could help, but that should give you the basic idea of how to do it, other than that, really, practice makes perfect
