Whats the difference between a keyframe, a blank frame and just a frame?

Then why would they give you all those different types of frames for nothing at all?

If you insert a new keyframe you basically copy the content that was in the previous keyframe, a blank keyframe is... well... blank. And a normal frame isn't a keyframe, tweens etc. can only be created between two keyframes.

So if i inser wo keyframes and put blank ones in between them then i can put actions on the blank ones until it hits the next keyframe?
