i was bored and i start drawing without knowing what and then i got this not every anim/draw should be serius

It's reasonable but if you'd like to improve there are a few points you could work on.

Firstly he looks like he has scratches in his eyes or something with all the dark lines, if you want to add texture to the eyes just use a slightly darker colour than the eye colour maybe.

The "shine" in his eyes, that white bit, if it is in fact shine they should both be on the same side, it's just an odd place to have a light source coming from.

He blinks a little slowly but I like all the frames so maybe increase the frame rate.

Also are there ants in his hair?

Apart from that fairly good, keep on working, you're doing well.

improving that right away!

ok my characters eyes are kind of anime just kind i love making my eyes wierd

the frame rate is 24 i added frames between but now i removed them

What you have linked to is not a proper flash movie.
A proper flash movie has a purpose besides showing off the animator's skills.

this is NOT a flash movie its an FBF test with a challenge(thhats why its not the best)

Blinking is alot quicker.. It looks a bit slow-mo to me.

I think if you could make a whole movie to that quality it may do well, but just as a head isn't not worth much. Maybe some thinner lines on th eyes, or no lines at all just changes in color. Also, it's probably a good idea not to mention how long something takes. Some of my stuff I can make in a day, but if I said that in the description the score would be much lower.

I think this thread sets a poor precident. We don't need posts of animations made in ten minutes. Make something worthwhile and then ask for criticism. If everyone posted every little bit of animation they do it would flood the forum with crappy, short animations and push peoples legitimate questions about Flash down.
