Hi i see how people have a picture thats like cartoon. i was wondering do you like scan a pic you draw then use a program to trace over it? ive seen some that are preaty good. Can you give me the program you use and a Tut on the program? dont write one just give me a link yo one. I can draw and i do have a scanner if i will need one.

They dont really draw, and trace, some just use flash, or some use that drawing pad.. Scanning it, then tracing it, only if its your own work, would work.

Newgrounds is a flash community. So... chances are the majority of the people here use flash for most everything. Then again, photoshop is a biggie as well. Either way, you can get trial downloads at their official websites and there are tutorials here under the submit content link at the top of every page.

A lot of us use use flash to animate ( sinstermuffin gave a link). It'd be best to use photoshop for editing the picture and adding things onto it ( add clouds, change colors, etc.) then re open the picture in flash to use it in an animation.

Really there are no tuts on it, you really just have to do it yourself, and make it as close to the regular picture as you can.

In Adobe Illustrator there is a function that turns scanned art into vector art. If that's what you're after.

What does this thread have to do with Flash anyway?
