The headcrabs from Half-Life 1. They scared the shit outta me, especially when my brother said they wait under my bed for me to go to sleep to suck out my brain and turn me into a zombie.

I have gotten over most my fears of video games mostly resident evil ones but I would rather kill saddler then those fucked up things. I can kill them but I need to be far away I hate being near them so I kill them fast.

The hook hogs from shadowman 64, it looks like a person thats head has been chopped off and it makes squealing sounds and attacks with two butcher knives.

I also fucking hate those dog like creatures, with the many eyes. The eyes freak me out. or the Mom spider in the alien world. I hate bugs. The little baby snarks look pretty fucking freaky. The way Gordon holds on to them.

Same, not so much the iron maidens, but the regenerators freak me the fuck out, even if i know theyre there and I got my chicago type writer. Theyre just giant downs syndrome kids that bite.
