This may sound stupid but, Gwars in Morrowind, well the first time I attacked a Gwar In morrowibnd anyway.
I'd only had the game for an hour and I was running about somewhat randomly, When I came to a strange cream colored thing looking away from me, They look like pussies so I ran for it and punched it in the tail, it turned around and screamed, Though what I didn't know was I had the sound on full blast, so the scream scared the fuck out of me, and because the thing head looks like a penis that freaked me out slightly too, Like I was being shouted at by some mutated wrinkley bell end.

I'll agree with that, especially in a dark room where you can hardly see them and you shoot their legs out and then they crawl after you and you waly too close and they latch on to your neck. That or Verdugo, Salazars Right Hand. "Crazy Salvador" as I have named the Dr. Salvador (chainsaw guy) from the pier in Mercinaries is also pretty scary in an "I can already see my imminent demise" sort of way.

I always hated those bosses that looked like they weren't deadly, but were more harder then a priests erection at a preschool. Like Sebastien from LoK blood omen 2, or Turel from Soul Reaver

Silent Hill 3, everything in it. Especially this thing, it fucking creeped me out.

In LoZ: OoT, the first time I came out of the Temple of Time and saw the re dead with that slightly creepy noise they made. I was like 7-10 or something when I first played it, scared me shitless.

Everything about Morrowind is scary, from Daedroths, ghosts, Corprus Stalkers, and especially those Dreughs and slaughterfish, and...my least favorite...Ash Vampires

Well, I don't play Horror games, I played the first level of Resident Evil 3 once, but possibly the scariest villain for me would be... *gulp* the fast head crab zombies from HL 2. Its not really once you see them, its when you can hear them, first you hear rattling, and then you hear the screams coming from the host and then you turn around and see this incredibly ugly fuck taking a gnash at your arm.

While not my favorites, but I believe the scariest enemies I've ever seen in a videogame were the subordinates from Clock Tower 3. In particular out of those, Sledgehammer and The Corroder.

They had horrific ways of killing people (The Corroder in particular), and the added fact of them hunting you and randomly popping up really made them stand out.

Y'know, I've noticed that a lot of enemys listed here are all, while still in their own way scary, they're all the big obvious ones people talk about, the current winners being Regenerators of both types, Dr Salvador, Nemesis, Pyramid head and Re-Deads.

Allthough I'm not the maker of this thread, I'd liek to see soem more un-heard of things, cause you can say "Regenerator" and not feel weird because almost EVERYBODY else feels the same way. I've allready posted my 'scariest enemy' (Lisa Trevor), and from what i can see, I'm the only person to had mentioned her (Though, this is most likely due to the fact that: Most people didn't get the GameCubes RE-make, and as such haven't head of her)
I'm making this request for origional scary enemy here, so that some random person dosen't come around with "IT'S BEEN DONE LOL"
