Three Words: Get A Mac

I am indeed tired of all these Newgrounds dwelling morons suggesting to "Get a Mac", in every PC advice thread. Listen, morons, the only reason that that should be acceptable, is where someone is asking of which OS to buy, not how to fix his current one.

For example:

Thread One: "I am tired of Windows 311, and I wish for a new PC, as I have enough money for pretty much anything on the market. What, from your guys' experience, do you think I should get?"

THIS, ladies and gentlemen, is where you go "Get a Mac." You're being helpful, you're being insightful, you're actually contributing to his issue. It's appropriate.

However, example 2: "I wish to fix an issue with Windows XP. My screensaver never comes on."

This, is NOT where you go "Get a Mac". This is NOT helpful. This is NOT insightful, and you aren't contributing to little more than pure spam. If you have something, you know, useful, where you suggest something that helps, you know, where he doesn't have to spend money to do a problem that could be easily fixed for free. So, in short, shut up.

Yes they can its easy to put new ram into your macbook or even a new hard drive if need be. Most of the time you wont need to update a mac thought because the hardwear is standard there fore does everything it needs to.

Macs are for basic use.
Never met a programmer that doesn't use a PC. While C++ and the like exist for a mac, no-one really uses them. Mac even boasts that they're better for uploading pictures to your mySpace or making movies with your friends that no-one will like and everyone will ignore.

I know 2 people that use a mac for coding and i have just now started using mine aswell. And i dont think that mac ever claimed to be good at myspace, nothings good at myspace and you know it.

Macs need to be virus safe
Because morons will fall for popups. At the sacrifice of this being hard to get a virus for, you can almost never find software that will apply to a mac without running shit slow as it emulates it like a PC.

Wait... how is being virus safe as standard i thought that was a good thing. Maybe you like your computer to be at constant risk and i dont even have a clue what your talking about with the softwear emulationg windows bit.

PCs are perfectly capable of all the things a mac can do, some people just simply aren't smart enough to know how to use it.

And vice versa i havent found anything that pc can do that mac cant appart from play crap games that i dont need anyway.

Personaly i use OS X, Windows and sometimes Linux i like them all even though i like windows the least. One of the resons i like OS X more than Windows is the more flexible midi operation of OS X.

OBJECTION! Mac's are harder to use than a windows (it took me 2 hours to learn to use a PC and it took me 7 hours to learn to use a mac). My school used to use macs, The teachers half the time forgot/ lost/deleated things by accident. So Mr mac fan, is it obvious enough that P.Cs are in fact easier to use than Macs!

So, because it took you longer to use a mac, it's worse? If you use Windows first, like I did, you'll be used to it's mannerisms. And, the mac will be a confusing, awkward creature. That's pretty mich a given.
