I have no problem with anyone giving it a shot, and some people can take several attempts if they wish, its all fair game. If you feel like doing every part possible then go for it.. just know that i can only pick one in the end. If you think your chances are better doing every part go ahead althought i think you'd lose the fun of the project and that being that you can be part of something cool and grand without having to mull a full fledged 4 - min movie.

Also feel free to do multiple versions of it if you want... its perfectly normal that when a collab just starts everyone and their mommas momma is interested but in the end usually the true hardcore animators stick around, so its fine for anyone to take a stab at it.. the collab is only 1 day old and theres plenty of variety to pick from.

Ok, I've downloaded the parts. Who has what part? I don't want to chose something and it end up being already chosen. And Luis, is there any particular theme at all? Or can we animate anything we want?

That is all the parts there are only 8. 1 for luis and 8 for 8 other artist. Theres 9 parts 9 co-authors.

I'll pick a part once the servers back. I remember when the original 15-artist collab thread for One O'Clock Jump came out, and like posting in it and reviewing shit in hopes of getting some kind of recognition even though I was so shitty at flash I didn't dare submit anything. Hopefully I might land a slot this time around, and if I don't that's fine but being a part of it in any form would still be really cool.

Also I have the sound files saved at 64kps, thats the quality i normally save audio anyway.. with 9 files coming at me i want to keep the fla semi manageable.

Also, also, I purposely only have even numbered files in that zip. The odd numbers are gaps between parts to tie it together at the end. Stop complaining and just live with it, ive done it before i know what i am doing i promise.

Also, also, also. Please look at what was done 2 years ago, it can be very organic like Tim's was or it can be very to the point and literal like Tommy's or it can be something in between like Jparadox.. (whatever happend to that guy).

Anyway have fun with it. Everyone in the first one had to deal with no backgrounds so stop whining.

Question: Does the part have to be one angle so you don't have to draw another background, or can we make it switch angles like, at a fast speed?

Would you guys prefer if i added more animation time to the parts? I figured some would appreciate really small parts but if enough people want chunky pieces to work with i'll just resample it while its early and refresh the file on the server later today. Let me know.

No point in making a list right now, everyone pretty much is doing a part of some sort, its not a matter of whats taken right now, its early and everyone wants to try it and thats cool. Dont let people scare you off of a part.. if its in your vision to do 8a and someone else is already. fuck it just do it.. survival of the fittest.

Ahh, this seems pretty sweet. I'll try to contribute something at some point soon, and pick a park that no one has yet. I'll put something to work though. I can't wait.

You can take any part, its just whoever does best with that part gets it.
