yes i used my 30 day trial of photoshop, its currently 11 days into the subscription, so im using it as fast as i can. the dodge and burn method is how i shade, i dont do it any other way (beside the yellow, whenever i burnt that it was to red, so i used a feathered black brush on 6 opacity). I didnt use blur very much, almost not at all, beside the black seam running up his leg.

Figured as much, not the fact that it was a trial just the fact of photoshop. Pretty good!

Cmon dude.. tutorials for shading? Its just determining where light is coming from.

I set a dark color with lock opacity ( like 5 to 15 opacity ) and start brushing.
With mouse is kinda hard u know?

Thats really good toonimated. Nice coloring and detail. Must have taken you a while.

I don't get exactly how you draw in photoshop. Instead, I drew in Flash and then blurred my shit in photoshop, but its not totally finished. If someone can show me a REALLY good tut on photoshop drawing, that'd help. Heres another WIP
