Well guys, is there any point in finishing mine? I choose a really detailed sprite, cause, well, i like it. But now i'm wondering if it's even worth my time.

Looking good sardonic, Heres the line art for mine.

I Loved many a ye olde sprite game but I wanted to go with something about more on the anatomy shape land, not quite happy with the structure so far but I will be working on it.

And Rash has some nice toad titties going on there.

Now that I look at it, its just going to turn out looking like the cartoon.

I think I'll try enhancing a sprite that has little to zero detail.

Attempting a mid whip redo of Simon from Castlevania III.

Geez looking at the 8 bit up close, they got away with so much more on an anatomical level. Never realized Simon didn't have a face in those games. Just a ... blob of color.

We used to have imaginations, they are obsolete now.

I decided to do the original not the new one who fights villains and wears a tie.

there's a few things about it I don't like but I'll fix it when I trace it onto flash

wheres the sprite this is based off?

Also I fixed the backwards thumb on the flash drawing.

I don't think you understand the concept of this contest. Your revision of said sprite falls right into stamp's don't do this link, as you've gone above and beyond what the original was conveying, and completely changed the dynamics of the picture in itself.

the only thing I changed was his position and added a barrel. But I could restart I guess.
