I always thought of it as a harpoon. It is good and there is no real proportion problems.

had to make some minor changes because the sprite proportion wasnt really correct and akward..

It's nice to see that the thumb has been fixed too. However, I noticed on the final in the official thread that the background Cyclops still has the fixed issues. It's sort of funny.

I just posted one. It might be a little too simplistic, but whatever. I like it that way.

I'm not sure. The picture is fine but I don't know whether combining two different sprites is a good plan. In the rules I think it says only show one sprite at a time, so maybe seperate the two sprite remakes into different pics.

Yeah, I think it's a bit too different from the original sprite. I don't know if they'll let it slide or not. Just wait for one of the mods to reply before you post it in the contest thread.
