You should make the coloring more shiny.
Right now it looks like he is wearing a normal shirt but you should make it look more metalish.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I prefer this rough, distorted, sketchy look over the more clean pencil tool look, It gives picture more attitude

I have put in over 10 hours worth of work.

Right now, I am getting ready for the beach. Then when I get back, I will put at least another 10 hours into a piece, but mindchamber can suck me until then.

My guess is that they either PM you or they E-mail you.
Then you give them your address, and it comes in the mail, as for the money.
Maybe a wire transfer... Not sure though, but $200 is a lot to be sending out in the postal mail.

Dude, you're a great artist and NG needs you in these contests and in the Art forum.

It is funny though how offended you're getting from MC's comments. Just remember that he has a lot of pent up rage since they made that pact in the NG office to stop masturbating, and he's the only one who's been honest about it.

I once got $200 from Tom, and it came by regular mail. But that was back in 2005, I don't know if they've changed.

Thanks for the comments guys! It really helps me push ahead. I've started another sprite, from another game. I wont ruin the suprise with this one.

Anyways, on a side note. Anyone know how to get photoshop to scale something without smoothing it? I'm trying to enlarge a sprite so I can have it in the background of the illustration but whenever I try it gets blurry after beind resized.

This is how I do it: Make sure the color mode is set as "index" and then just do image>size. If that doesn't work, uncheck "anti-alias" in some settings box somewhere.

Make sure you have only one layer in your image. On the Layers Menu, choose "Flatten Image", as shown below!
After that, just go to "save as" and you'll be able to save it as an JPEG or GIF.

Murder Inc, your Sector drawing's pretty good, even though you chose a hard detailed srpite, it came off well. Only thing is that you wasted a lot of space on the right side of your image. Maybe if you cut that out you'd be able to save your file with better quality. Just a guess though,.,,

I was about to do that sprite after Wario but now I´ll just have to choose another one.

Can someone tell me how to export your picture to JPEG without losing quality?
