my claymation was imported into Movie maker which automatically converts the movie into 30 fps, however the animation speed does not change. If Tom noticed in the FLA, the fps is still 30 so If mine was in the final file (by COMPLETE luck) it would run just fine at 30 fps ^-^.

Well, since no one had comments on my part :( here is another preview.
I know i can improve a lot of things, but i'd like someone else to point some of them.

Also, Transformers are fucking difficult to draw without an image or a model to follow >:(

It was good but the car really didn't "transform." As you can see in the cartoons, the Transformers are usually a vehicle of some sort that evolves into a kind of human-like robot. That was pretty much a car transforming into another car. Oh well, I guess it doesn't have to be EXACTLY like the cartoon. The part was good, except I really had no idea what was going on. It would have been nice if you could show what it was shooting at for starters.

First off saw the movie today, it rocked. I just wish it showed them a bit better.
I like what I see so far in the colabs guys. I wish I could do some too, but alas I run a computer so stupid it barely speaks newgroundian. windows me. unless someones got an older copy of flash they're willing to share with me. lol

I'll do some sketches. Also, anyone need any reference pics let me know, I've got a small fortune of near mint in the box transformers, plus a few all beat to hell lol.

also, Great idea Tom. And I personally think the prizes are great but not important.

I just made mine as quickly as possible (working a few hours straight) because I really want/need to finish my other projects like Rockout Collab and I have a collab piece due tomorrow.

Okay, two comments.
One, since you really don't know Transformers, that's the Autobots logo you have in the opening. Since it shows in the opening, and you later have the same car shoot Optimus Prime, who is an autobot, it really didn't make sense to me.

Also, that Optimus Prime really does look similar to the one you can find on google images. On MSN, you said you didn't use a reference and I believe you. Still, it looks really similar. Ask some other people's opinions, I may be right, I may be wrong. It's fine sometimes, its good to use a reference, but if you made it your own that would be better to.

You'd be hard picked to find someone who can actually draw Optimus Prime off by heart, given how complex his design is (I myself am shamefully doing a little tracing for my part, but I'm throwing in one or two hand drawn characters into the mix.)

1st thingie:
For new artists: I see a lot of people rushing already, submiting the parts not even a day after the thread was posted. Cmon use time wisely! a good flash takes probably like 4 months, at least thats the average time i take for my movies, so why not putting more effort and spending the last drop of time that is given? this will increase the chances to be at the level as somebody like luis. After all, this is a good opportunity for new artists to be on the spotlight. Tom doesnt make a collab inviting any person from NG community every day, SO SPEND SOME FREAKING TIME ON IT!

2nd thingie:
For all the people who will try hard and will not get into the actuall collab, it would be good if tom makes a separate link to a page with the extra sketches. I find it very entertaining to watch other's people flashes, doesnt matter if they are good at drawing, just a good-fair suggestion that will make everyone happy, watchers and flashers.

3rd thingie:
w00t w00t ill totally give it a try!!! if my part doesnt get in the collab ill cut myself(lol)

Good luck everyone who will risk their time into animation. Remember the more time taken, the less rushing, the more quality thus the more chances to be in!
