Are you asking for the American ratings? Because movies in Canada arn't rated as strictly, so something that would be R in America will only be 14A here.

Anyway, the only animated movie that is rated R in Canada that I know of is Team America: World Police. Some people might count it as animated though, since it's with puppets.
