I respect good flash authors a lot more than I respect someone on the BBS. Flash authors are really skilled and deserve more recognition (good ones anyway).

I don't know, but maybe you're equal. Flash authors work for the site too by contributing their work here, but they get paid if they're really good. I think lots of people find out about this site googling funny cartoons, especially about Mario.
