And I don't understand why people want to hate Bill Clinton so much...I mean, the guy did some very great things as president...I can understand people who say his morals are a bit questionable...and that he shouldn't have mixed his business with pleasure. I can give people that one. But to judge his entire job performance on one or two indescretions, it's laughable. Clinton balanced the budget, made a strong economy, and futhered foreign policy by leaps and bounds. Bush came in and basically did the reverse of all those things...but it seems a lot of people will look the other way on that, because of 9/11...because of terroism, because of some newfound hidden prejudice against all things Islam...sad, very sad, and yes, I realize not everyone falls into this category. But I seem to find more people every day do than I would have ever suspected. Guess the jokes on me for thinking people actually try to understand the issues, when electing an official.

I'm not sure bout the scoring, it was a few decades ago, remember. So it's approximate.
And it's now on a scale of 1600.
And...1200 is NOT a very high score for Prez. I myself got 1250 for a mock without studying, and 1320 the 1st official try.
Harvard requires 1400+ to get you in. Bush got into Yale.
I also prefer Clinton over Bush...

Dude, Bush's "Homeland Security" act is a major pile of duck-shit!! I hate that bastard! I wish I could shoot him and burn the Homeland Security act. Of course, this will probably be traced and Goochland County will be put under a lockdown by the feds!!

Or, it smore likely that you're too stubborn to admit that he might not be dumb as you've been told to believe.

Really, do you have brain damage or something? Maybe it would be different if you knew what the hell you were talking about. All this is bullshit..OMG I HATE BUSH, YAY!!! Dude, Bush isnt a dictator, we have this thing called Congress; I know, that might be crazy talk to you.
Come on people, dont just say "I hate Bush" because it seems like the cool thing to say. Try to think a little more objectivly about it and put yourself in his position. Nobody is perfect.

Wow. You must be really stupid. I mean, CLINTON balanced the budget? hmm... YEAH. Why dont you NOT be stupid, go back over your government class and reread (if you even read in the first place) that the budget has absolutely NOTHING to do with the presidency. He submits some papers to look good for trying, sure, but it generally turns out to be NOTHING like it. In fact, Clintons proposals were always OVER budget. everything that clinton "did" was entire a Republican controlled Congress's doing. For instance - the Welfare reform. Clinton vetoes it, then when FORCED to accept it claims it as his. Right. that really was "Clinton's" doing, eh? Next, read up on your economics. Economies are never a result of the CURRENT administrations effort. It takes almost a full year to a year and a half for ANY government spending to get anywhere in this economy. And Clinton's fiscal policies were actually a doom policy for the economy. If you RAISE taxes - escpecially as much as Clinton - AND make a government surplus, you are stealing money from the economy and it will strangle it eventually, depending on how strong it is. Hence why the economy busted in 2000 and is taking forever to get back on it's feet. Thirdly, study up on your foreign policy. Clinton criticized the first Bush for trading with China due to human rights. But when the prick stepped into office and realized "oh, wait, we do a whole freaking lot of trade with them and cutting that would kill our economy, the man went BACK on his own word and did the same thing Bush the first did, nothing. He also seriously messed up Kosovo, let Saddam toy with us (until 1998 when the lewinsky scandal made him actually need some other news to keep him off the headlines), never got anywhere in the middle East despite 4 years of effort (probably because he never really set forth a plan), as well as hundreds of other blunders and completely stupid moves.
I must concur that, yes, Mr. Clinton is a "genuine" Rhode's scholar... but he just doesnt get how things REALLY work. He just got lucky with the economy, because everything else was as messed up as Monica's face after the "cigar" incident...

Do you even know what you are talking about? Yes, Bush does have some speech problems, and yes, he doesnt have the 20+ years in dealing with domestic and foreign issues that Gore has, or that Clinton has, etc. But that doesnt make him dumb.
Firstly, Bush's dad did NOT "get" him into Yale. at that time, he was some lowly senator, fresh into the mix, and looking to lose in the next election. So it's VERY STUPID to think that the people at Yale would go all ga ga over that... if you even believe that a school like Yale would stoop that low.
as an addendum to that, Democrats like Gore and Teddy Kennedy DID get formal educations and special perks for who they were related to, so it's on both sides of the fence anyway.
Secondly, At least Bush didn't drop out of college. Gore did, because he was doing too poorly. And yet people see him as "too smart for his own good". More like too smart for a toothpick...
Thirdly, and as I've already mentioned, about 90% of the time Bush's problem is that he is not a very good speaker, which is beginning to get better anyway. Things like "subliminable" are the only things you can claim for his being "stupid". Because if you label Bush's policies or stances as "stupid", thats more the ENTIRE ADMINISTRATION than Bush himself. Bush is just the only one YOU see talking. So get your facts straight and come up with an actual reason why you think someone who has graduated from Yale is "stupid". And if you still think he's stupid, YOU graduate from there. hell, just get accepted.

No it doesnt it,makes him inadequect to be our president.Since america basically cant mind their business when it comes to foriegn affairs then being able to deal with foreign issues should be a skill our president posseses.

They dint accept him because his dad was running, they accepted him because of his fathers contribution to yale over many many years.

The bush family line has got away with many things and their perks have always been much higher than anyone.PERKS
The big "Perks":More money than any candidate to to run for presidency-100 million dollars last time...by the end of this week he will have twice that for this upcoming election.Money comes from individual contributions from rich and powerful "connections"...ahhh the perks
Secondly, At least Bush didn't drop out of college. Gore did, because he was doing too poorly. And yet people see him as "too smart for his own good". More like too smart for a toothpick...
LOL...yes bush was a model student at yale...lol
"If you're like me, you won't remember everything you did here."-Bush on his days at yale
"And to the C students, I say, you, too, can be president of the United States." In a reference to Vice President Cheney, a Yale dropout, Bush continued: "So now we know: If you graduate from Yale, you become president. If you drop out, you get to be vice president."
Thirdly, and as I've already mentioned, about 90% of the time Bush's problem is that he is not a very good speaker, which is beginning to get better anyway. Richard Levin, the Yale president, has worked hard to woo the Bushes. He hosted the first couple at his home Sunday night, the same block where Bush lived as an infant while his father was a Yale student. The Levins earlier spent a night at the White House, and Levin invited Bush to speak at Yale's commencement--a rare honor for a recipient of an honorary degree, given only to sitting presidents.
Yales licks bushes ass...why wouldnt they want to be funded by a long family line of rich and powerful people. They did accept bush because of his father or his granfather for that matter...yale knows that this man would be prsident no matter how stupid he is...well lets not call him stupid i mean it was genius how he stole the presidency.

I guess you really dont realize how the world works. yes, money makes the world go round. Like we didnt already know that. But the point is that it's not like no one else has gotten "perks" from long lines of money and power. Gore's family "power" reaches back much, much farther than the Bush's. I can't say that Bush hasnt had some things easier because of who he is. That would be stupid, and wrong. All I'm saying is that for you morons out there who only call out against "right-wingers" like Bush (who is conidentally waaaaay to moderate to be anything more than "slightly conservative") that they are dumb as dirt and were given everything in life, you need to stop being blinded and start looking around. Most people in power do not get there without some sort of "help", especially with regards to today. And to be saying that Bush spending $100 million dollars on an election or that some top Yale guy has been kissing the families ass is anything short of new to our political leaders, you are only shitting yourself. Look back to Teddy Kennedy at Chipaquiddick. Or however you spell it. You can complain that ANYONE in power has gotten it good at some point. And remember, when your idolized presidents like slick willie came into power, they knew just about as much about how politics work in regards to foreign countries as Bush did. Same with Gore. Clinton was the stupid one who believed that we could just up and stop trading with China because of their human rights issues and that would fix the problem. He always sat around during the '92 election busting the first Bush's ass for not doing anything about it. But remind me again what Clinton ended up doing... oh, yeah, NOTHING. And to think that Clinton was good at foreign policy is another pipe dream. There were very few important foreign policy things that clinton had to decide for himself that he ended up deciding well (Kosovo certianly wasnt the smartest thing to do).
Speaking of that $100 million dollars in election spending combined with having powerful people stroking you on your way to the top, the DNC gets a vast, VAST majority of it's monies in giant lump sums - in other words, from very rich people (i.e. alot of celebrities) who donate tons of money in their favor. the RNC, however, gets over 80% of their monies from single donors contributing less than $1000. So if you want to talk about a group of people being cuddled and empowered by other rich and powerful people, go start a room about the evil stupidity of the DNC. If they allow you to.

Not only does he have speech problems, he's also an alcoholic and used to *ahem* powder his nose.

Again, he was arrested for drunk driving and dived face-first into cocaine until 1974. Yes, Bush did have a SAT score of 1206 but that's 200 point below the standards of Ivy-league schools. (circa 1970)

They did not commit any felonies did they?.

No but Bush didn't report to the Air National Guard for a year and a half. Patriot my ass.

That explains that whenever he was asked to name a few of his favorite books during his university years he could name them all, but not what they were about. Or that his favorite Childhood book "the very hungry catterpillar" came out during his first year of college.

Yes but Bush's grandfather received $1.5 million from a Nazi-owned bank (Union Banking Corporation) for keeping an estimated $3 million in his bank account.
And it wasn't $100 million which was used to fund his electoral campaign, it was $190 million. Two thirds of it came from slightly over seven hundred individuals. A record-breaker.

Under President Clinton's leadership, almost 6 million new jobs were created in the first two years of his Administration -- an average of 250,000 new jobs every month.
In 1994, the economy had the lowest combination of unemployment and inflation in 25 years.
As part of the 1993 Economic Plan, President Clinton cut taxes on 15 million low-income families and made tax cuts available to 90 percent of small businesses, while raising taxes on just 1.2 percent of the wealthiest taxpayers.
President Clinton signed into law the largest deficit reduction plan in history, resulting in over $600 billion in deficit reduction. The deficit was going down for 3 years in a row for the first time since Harry Truman was president.
Gee look at the economy now hmmm...doesnt seem like the smartest thing to do.
The "NOTHING" that clinton did.
Again i state he made the people happy but kept them blind as bush screws the people over right in their face.
SOURCES?
President Bush helped the Republican National Committee raise more than $30 million in contributions at its annual black-tie gala last night.
Mr. Bush was the featured speaker and main drawing card at the Washington Convention Center event attended by about 2,500 people, which set a record for any party's single-event fund raising.
Until last night, Democrats had held the record, set in 2000, when President Clinton and his vice president, Al Gore, raised $26.5 million in one night.
Mr. Bush has helped the RNC raise a total of more than $45 million so far this year, another record, Republican National Committee Chairman Marc Racicot said.
And, according to RNC Finance Chairman Lewis Eisenberg, the RNC has received more contributions in the first 5½ months of this year than all of last year, when the party set a fund-raising record.
So far, the RNC has garnered 822,442 contributions for a total of $45,312,400, according to RNC spokesman Jim Dyke
Mr. Dyke said 75 percent of that is in federally regulated "hard money" contributions.
RNC officials said they used direct-mail and telephone solicitations to raise 70 percent of the $45 million-plus total from 817,617 donations. The average mail-and-phone contribution was $38.49.
Mr. Dyke said that 30 percent of total came from major-donor contributions. He said there were 4,825 such contributions and the average was $2,869.CHECK IT!
You see the average its 2,869 not less than 1,000...tsk tsk tsk liar, liar!!

Um, I told you to do that, and yet you tried to use that in response to defend your pathetic self. You're not funny, and it's not cool to copy off others to try and be cool, idiot.
If you're going to bring attitude here, at least bring some original material with it. Until then, shut the fuck up until you have something interesting, relevant, or important to say. Bye bye, in other words.
Propaganda is to a Democracy what violence is to a Dictatorship
Never underestimate the significance of "significant."
