Ehm, can you explain what you mean at a better understand-able way?
From what i understand from you, you search for software to export any audio, well you can try Audacity.

Anyhow, what exactly are you looking for your potential audio 'expert' to do? A little clarification always helps as does typing with accurate lexis and grammer.
Are you looking for sound effects, a musical score or a bit of both?

Try to give us as much information as is possible, incuding the genre or style you are looking for and include a proof of concept as well if you can. Thanks.
