You'd probably have to email or contact them first, cuz they probably aren't going to try the BBS.

There are many other very good flash artists/animators. All i can say, is practice practice and practice. Devolop your own style and learn to animate with it.

That's if you ever have any technical difficulty.

Flash-wise, 'keep trying'. Also, take a break when you can't animate because your flow of thought just stopped. Forcing yourself to animate is pointless, because the outcome will tend to look really crap.
