Internet Radio Ban

On July 15th 2007, due to ever increasing royalty fees for internet radio broadcasters, many (if not all) american internet radio stations will be shut down.

Appeal to your congressional representatives by visiting this site: http://www.savenetradio.org/.

Hopefully this will not include RadioGrounds (and certainly not the NGAP Radio), but do anything you can to stop this ban happening. Don't let the music die!

It's alright i live in the UK so i have plenty of internet radio which is supported by license fees and good old advertising.

It wouldn't make sense why it would. It's a flash that runs off the Newgrounds music, it's not a real radio station.

great thing is, that i still can, and still will run my internet radio show because every song i have on my computer, comes froma cd that i own, and EVERY cd i own, is a free-share-release. meaning i can play this whenever i want, to whoever i want, wreever i want, and for whatever reason i want because they gave me the right to do so(they meaning the record labels and bands) by giving me this cd :P:P:P

That means hopefully not RadioGrounds, and Certainly not the radio, as in.. it won't affect the radio.

And sorry if I didn't make it clear, but the stations won't be "shut down", they will just go out of business because they won't be able to afford the increased royalty fees.
