You're in. REO Speedwagon is amazing. I've seen them in concert 10 times. And they're still rocking.

Two years ago, I saw Styx and Reo Speedwagon in concert. The next year, I saw Peter Frampton and .38 Special in concert. It was supposed to be Foreigner with Frampton, but the singer from Foreigner got sick.

I'm gonna go back to my room and be awesome.

You're in. The other bands you chose were good.

Well, I don't know if they would or not. I got a hold of classic rock from listening to it with my Dad when I was little, and that was one of the groups he listened to, so I just figured........They're not bad, I like Creed

That sucks, I love Foreigner. Oh well was .38 Special still good?

Yeah. I only knew the one song. Wild Eyed Southern Boys. (not much into Southern rock)
But they were still a good warm up for Frampton's epicness.

I'm gonna go back to my room and be awesome.

I've never heard or Rush. I guess I'll have to check them out.

But everyone's heard of Rush haven't they?

Wow, how was Steely Dan? I've always wanted to see them in concert!

Greatness does not describe truely how great they really were.

And geez you're a lucky bastard getting to see The Police. How much did the tickets cost?

Well, lets just say it makes me a poor man just getting them and getting there. But no cost could ever prevent me from seeing them.

I saw .38 Special and Lynyrd Skynyrd in concert last year with my dad and he told that .38 Special was better at that show than the one he went to back in the 80's.

Way to go. You have done a great job at keeping this club running. I'll post here when I can.

Also the new Bruce Springsteen album came out recently. Anyone get it yet? Sounds like a good investment, I might have to get it myself.

I'm going to get it soon, I really want to get it seeing as how I'm a huge Springsteen fan.

Anyone of you been to any concerts for any of the classic bands lately? Last concert I saw was Cheap Trick and Def Leppard. Great concert I love it when they still have charisma at their age. I swear some of them have better showmanship than some of the bands popular in this generation.

I'm actully going to Arrowfest in Houston. It seemed worth $20 to go see Paul Rogers, Kansas, Loverboy, The Marshall Tucker Band, Starship featuring Mickey Thomas, Blue Oyster Cult and some others. Even if they aren't my favorite it shouldn't be bad.

This is Newgrounds. Everything is a joke.

I actually saw them play before he died. They're great musicians it's just that they just sit there and sing. All in all the concert was kinda boring.

Shit, the singer from .38 Special wouldn't put the mic stand down. He kept swinging it around and almost hit the guitar player in the head more than once.

I'm gonna go back to my room and be awesome.

Haha sounds like that was a fun concert at least!

Oh yeah. And the fact that the singer was really short made it way better.

-Frank Zappa
-Guns N' Roses
-Motley Crue
-Iggy Pop & The Stooges
and much more
(even though technically Guns and Motley are glam metal and Iggy is technically punk)

Well I've discovered Santana and I need to know some good songs by them ( apart from Black Magic Woman, Evil Ways and Oye Como Va)

Rush makes me very very proud to be Canadian.

Also, anybody like The Guess Who? Canadian band, they're good. American Woman ( The Original) and No Sugar Tonight are just two of their songs. I really like the singer for some reason, he's really good (though not as good as Freddie Mercury)

My post count is low because I have a life.
My favourite Queen song.

Well there are your classics like the above mentioned, as well as "One Chain," "She's not There," "Samba Pa Ti," "Hold On" and several others. Basically everything of his is good EXCEPT for anything done from his album "Supernatural" onwards, which is more or less popular driven crap. But also look out for songs like "The Healer" which is a John Lee Hooker song with Carlos Santana on guitar.
