If you've visited Ron Paul's website, you've noticed that he claims to support H.R. 300. Its purpose statement is "To limit the jurisdiction of the Federal courts, and for other purposes." Its title is the "We The People Act."
Of course, I don't know if Dr. Paul knows anything about Article III Section 2: "The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made."

well, he IS a politician. Politicians don't give a rat's ass about the constitution, all he cares about is raising an ideal to garner support, which leads to power.
I'm not crazy, everyone else is.

Futurama
President Nixon: "That may be true, but I know one place where the constitution doesn't mean diddly"

dude.. no.. just no
Ron Paul throughout his 20+ years as a politician has consistently voted against government spending, never aligned himself with party ideals for the sake of promotion and never voted for anything that impeded upon constitutional rights. Pretty much your anti-Bush and anti-neocon. But i do agree with your insinuation that politicians are lying scumbags that will say anything to get voted into a position of power. Case in point, Guiliani and Bush.
However, Ron paul is an exception to the rule. You can research any politician on the internet and dig up dirt but anything you find on Paul will only solidify his consistency with his ideals and morals. He's a true patriot not your " lets stand in front of flags for photo-ops" "theyre terrorists we're heroes" "im trying to save the world cause god gave me a mission" types like once again Bush.

You have to give Ron Paul credit, he realizes that there is to many extensions to the government that are not needed and he admits it and says they should go. He is making more enemies in high places then most are brave enough to do.

Extentions of the gov't that aren't needed?
I can think of very, very few agencies by name. Appropriations and subsidies and tax breaks are other stories.
