I find the easiest thing to do is to practice a whole bunch, leave it, then try in like a minute or so... it's how I was able to get my time.

3.75. I find it helps to do them all at a consistent speed, very evenly, and slowly work your way up. Think of it as one long word rather than a bunch of separate letters.

I got down to 5.05. Once you do it a few times in a row, it gets pretty frustrating.
