yes, but its considered a documentary because he conducts interviews. and didnt only ask right wing people, he went to canada and interviewed plenty of people there. he even interviewed a former convict. whether most or some of those were staged is beyond me, but the point is who cares? he still brought up some good points.
Even the New York Times says he uses "slippery logic, tendentious grandstanding and outright demagoguery." And that's from a left-wing paper!

His style is lazy, his reasoning that he presents and his methods are slipshod and clearly slanted. His movie doesn't even really answer the question of violence in America, it's just another "Let's Hate America" piece.
yes it does, if you agree with him. he traces americas roots back to the cause of the problem, which he saw as slavery and the demonization of blacks in the media. if you dont agree with him, its probable youre a closet racist, and probably shouldnt have watched the movie in the first place.
