No. The only way to get exp points (other than sign up bonuses and making a profile) is to vote on five submissions and then deposit 10 exp daily.
there are other stats you can increase faster, like blam and protection points, which are explained in the FAQ (which absent has already provided a link to). you can get way more blam/protection points every day than experience, and it also adds to your voting power, so it's definitely worth it.

people on level 30 probably have no life, if they spend all day on newgrounds, I don't think it's a good thing, otherwise, I too would like to level up quicker. and i'm sure we all do, but until then, just deal with it.

Pimp is the only one on lvl 30 and he isn't even on NG every day. He has a life (i guess you could say). Maybe he didn't have a life in the early years of NG, but i don't know everything about NG because i am still new here (kind of).

Pimp barely spends any time of newgrounds. Just comes on to depostit every day. I mean in a period of 7 years he has acumulated barely 1000 BP and only about 100 posts.

Gaining experience is a daily routine and it takes dedication to reach the higher levels. If you enjoy NG than you should go for it. If not, that is okay as well.

Just keep gathering EXP each day (by voting on 5 games or movies - until you get the 'Your experience has been deposited' message under the voting bar), and eventually you'll get to the top. ;) You can see a list of levels/requirements here:
