You've got some nice color contrasts there, i.e.- the two different checkerboard patterns. Great skull, too. The teeth and nose are very good. But my favorite part of it is the guy on the bottom. I can't tell if he's amazed by the tentacle, or scared. I also noticed the dripping liquid again.
Do you just draw random things, and put them together, or do you plan out where everything is going to go?

A little of both. The stuff in the drawings are thought out most of the time and where they go also plays an important part, but sometimes, like with the recent one with all the jumbled stuff, i just draw and draw.
I've got a new animation up. Check it out here! Don't be afraid to leave comments.

Shit yeah. Two things I like, green and a fun little animation enjoyable by all!
And yes, I do speak for everyone XD
You should reset the background to black and show fishhook that for the collab. Unless you hate fishhook and more prefer mr-womble. Anywho cool animation, also how do you draw your lines (in your art) so smoothly? Whenever I use brush tool it either ends up curvy or has openings in it...
I liked the tentacle in that other one

Yeah, I'm staying away from collabs for a long time. And I draw my lines by holding down the Shift Key which makes it so that the lines either goes straight up or perfectly horizontally, depending on which way you draw.
um, i think you're animations are really quite kickass. keep it up.

Yeah, that would be my friend, Katey. Try not to flame her too bad...aw screw it. Flame away!

Thanks and yeah I told her not to post a real picture.
I just made my new page icon thing for my profile. It looks really cool on my profile, I think. And by the way, has anyone else noticed it takes forever to type a reply.
I think this one came out quite nicely, if you ask me.

When was the last time you washed your hair ;)
keep up the awesomeness
Wow, I haven't posted anything in quite a while, but I've been dabbling in Sharpie art and I think this is my first successful piece. Enjoy it.

haha, I'm so damn jealous. :) your green animation rocked by the way. so did the 'its just a dream' one. did you do a bitmap of the grey checkerboard and then break it apart in flash and use the eyedropper tool to draw with the pattern? thats what I usually do. however you did it, it looks awesome. hell, having a ten page art thread is awesome. and how old are you again? *checks profile* sixteen? pretty good. mean's I've got about two years to catch up :)
Thanks, and no I drew it first in any random color and then colored it using the pattern

That sharpie art is nice. Is it a squid infesting someone's brain? At least that's what it seems to me. I like the mouth and eyes. I can't tell if he's angry or enjoying whatever's happening to him.
Also, The optimistic picture caused me to laugh.

Wow, so I was just looking through my first attempt at an art thread(the thread name is the art of bitmappirate) and i remembered everyone telling me to get my own variation, and you know what? I think I've achieved that. Anyway, a really good friend of mine requested that I draw him, so I did, and I think it came out quite well. Now before anyone complains about the beady eyes, the lack of nose, and all that, my friend actually requested it be drawn that way. So...yeah. Enjoy.

The eyes arent very good on this one.
Really, because they're actually exactly how I wanted them to look.
Ya, it's probably just cause how the bottom of her eye's are raised so high, but it looks kinda creepy. Great pictures though!
The first one reminds me of -Xenon- for some reason..... wonder if he's still on NG -_-
looks like hairy slugs. or big eyebrows. Good job anyhoo!
Just trying something out. Looks a lot better on paper.
