My list was very similair. I wouldn't lose any limbs, kill myself, lose ability to see or walk (I might sacrifice hearing), I wouldn't give up immediate family, I would trade a cousin for a billion, and I wouldn't want to lose my intelligence. That's my list. Everything else is game untill someone else thinks of another thing.
