zackyboy2, you may submit only ONE more song (and your remix is NOT on the list, like DS555 said). This is because you have clearly not fully understood what this contest is about, and also submitted a remix of a previously submitted song. The previously submitted song would pretty much look like a sneak-preview in that case, and sicne we have dis-allowed this, I'm putting this restrain on you, so that you might spend a little more time making one more song, if you wish to participate with one more.

This is very likley that it happens to more people, can you not understand the rules.

I'm thinking of doing an ice themed song, to have a bit of a contrast from the epic battle songs, but keeping the CC theme in mind (they've gotta need other stuff than that!), which is why I've also done a track revolving around the idea of a rushing river (fairly soft, dampened riffs etc.)

Well, those are the rules, so, as long as its not just crap, then there's more songs for the behemoth to choose from. I'm entering because I'd love to have my music on their game, and it's challenging me to make better music.

Although I have made quite a few tracks for the competition, I've only entered the ones that have a touch of epic and don't sound absolutely shocking (excluding my first post).

So here's number 4! River Voyager
It turned out sounding orchestral, though that wasn't my first intentions. This is a soft running river themed song. It's not screaming of that epic touch, but it has a medieval feel to it. Does it fit the castle crashers theme? I like to think so.
I'm trying to get a bit of variety in my submissions. I hope that's what The Behemoth wants =P

The Castle Crashers Theme (Final Version) - Koolfox

I know that I already submitted the previous version to the AP, and no "Sneak Preview"ing allowed in the contest, but I kindly asked one of the mods to remove the other one from the contest until I'll come up with a new version, due to the VERY long 2 month deadline.

It's close, maybe too close. At the beginning, there are definite songs of Hans that almost sound exactly like that, except more orchestra. The last part was fine though...

According to Rule 7 on page 1 of this topic:
You should have your submission signed up for the contest in this thread by 11:th August.... No submissions will be accepted from 12:th August.

So then, you should have your submissions posted by 11:59pm August 11th

I'd try to get it posted a day or two prior though just to be safe. I wouldn't recommend that anyone wait until the very last minute. If you have a good reason why you won't be able to submit before the deadline then send me a PM, or send one to Rucklo, to let us know what's going on and depending on your circumstances we may be able to help you. It really does need to be a damn good reason though - "I'm almost done, I only need another hour or two" just isn't going to cut it.
