The way I see it, you're either a complete and total ubernoob or you're an alt belonging to a regular somewhere.

If you're a noob, then you deserve a little sarcasm as an indoctrination and if you're a reg, then you'll probably know that I like to rant and bitch and be generally pissy from time to time over stupid little things.

I sometimes get a little defensive concerning these comps - basically, so many people put a lot of effort into making these things happen and almost every month there are groups of people that immediately start asking for results - I find it a little annoying that people sometimes take all of the effort for granted.

I'm hoping that you're an alt and that you're just screwing with us a little - cuz' that would be funny...

If you havent already started the judging yet then an idea would be to maybe listen to the entries whilst watching a castle crashers video, a run of a boss or something....

could help people judge what it feels like with the game....

I don't have the time. I barely had time to creat my entry.
I just want to tell the people helping with the MAC's, not just this one,
that their work is appriciated. I think more people do.

-= JUDGING UPDATE =-

OK guys - we've made some decent progress. This has turned out to be a pretty big job but the list has been filtered a bit. After some initial disqualifications we ended up with 154 submissions. These were broken down into groups of 13 and sent out to over a dozen judges. Each judge made an initial pass on about 40 submissions and gave a pass/fail to each track in their list.

Basically, each track was looked at by at least 4 people. ONLY the tracks that got a pass from at least two judges are being kept.

There were 62 entries that did not get a single thumbs up.
There were 37 entries that got only one thumbs up.

These 99 tracks will not be included in the next round of judging.

There are 55 submissions that will move one step closer to the big win...

There are two passes left.

Each judge will go through this list and nominate 10 tracks to be included in the finals.

The 10 tracks that get the most nominations will then be sent to the judges one last time to be placed in order from strongest to weakest and we should have a final order.

If you're a judge, you should get a reminder PM from me sometime soon but for now, here is the list of the 55 that made it through.

Remember - only nominate 10 tracks. If you nominate more than 10, only the first 10 on your list will be counted.
