You would be surprised just how stupidly horny we are. I used to talk to a lot of girls when I was at school and the large majority of them lost their virginity at 13, 14, 15 years old. Hell, in Britain you leave school at 16 and most of them were pregnant before they left. My brothers girlfriend was pregnant at 17 and gave birth to my nephew at 18. Its silly how people will risk STD and children at a very early age.

I think things like this are symptomatic of the breakdown of the family unit in this country. I think the problem is often over-exagerated by many, and I hate to play Devils/Daily Mail's advocate, but if we don't do something about it soon, these generations are going to grow up and pass these tendency's on.

I hate using words like 'discipline', but sorting out this behaviour in schools is the only way I see to correct it and at the moment this isn't happening.

Let them fuck, take drugs and smoke. Give it time, HOPEFULLY they will learn of the side effects later on in life and regret it. Would be terrible if these tendencies passed onto the next generation. As for the Teenagers who are pregnant at 13 or 14 I have no sympathy for you lot, its your own fault dumbassess.

But it was all right, everything was all right, the struggle was finished. He had won the victory over himself. He loved Big Brother.

Obviously it is not true that you can't stop teenagers doing what they like or other countires wouldn't have the same high rate of teenage pregnancy that we have here.

In my experience its all about getting the right ideas across at an early age. Kids throw a tantrum and get what they want cos parents cant be bothered to sort it out. Then, far from loving their parents more cos they got what they wanted, they respect them less.

No must mean no, instead of "no... well, all right then"

Regarding the sex situation, the difficulty is that kids think every other kid around them is having sex at 13, which probably isn't true anyway.

It's not about morality or "family values." It's about making birth control and contraceptives available, as well as requiring sexual education that doesn't teach the impractical "abstinence only method," because kids just don't listen to that.

I'm not sure I agree. There is already an established sexual education programme in pretty much every school in the country which teaches both the dangers of unprotected sex and the 'how to's' of contraception. If course, this has to continue, but I still believe that these problems are solved in the home through the family. Still, the only way to re-establish 'family values' is through a much more efficient education system.

In the land of the free we prefer to generalize our laws, attacking somone with a flamethrower would be considered part of Attempted murder, if the victim survives :)

Britain dear its not just England.

"I met this tourist from America the other day and she talked for 5 hours and I gave her 7 ciggarrettes and at the end of it SHE SHOOK MY BLOODY HAND! I should've gotten laid for that, 5 fucking hours!!"

Seems reasonable, explain to me whats weird about that.

"I'm going to a club tonight and bang some random chick, I don't care who it is."

As long as he doesn't date rape her it sounds like a logical end to good night out.

"I've had sex with 22 girls and I'm 19."

Good man.

Err...wtf?

WTF? is wrong with this?

First of all, Sex is not a casual gesture to everyone, and if it is, dont expect that sex can keep a relationship [or any for that matter] remaining, Because, as we learn from shakespeare, loving with your eyes is like swearing love to the moon, ever changing.

Any women with self respect isn't going to offer herself up to somone so easilly as a long-talk who offers her ciggarettes. And any guy who thinks he can do that should be thrown into the opra show to be ripped apart by a mob of angry Conservative-newage-kickass-middleage-women.

[Opra women are interesting, They're a combination of conservative behavioural thinkers, combined with liberal concerns.]

When I was growing up I thought UK women were all extremely hard-to-get and North American girls were skank burgers.

Have you ever read some UK editions of Men's magazines like Maxim or FHM? The discussions on sex are a shit ton more frank and the girls interviewed use the most vulgar language.
London, baby.

Sexual moral is still moral. It's not absolute.
If those paupers want to risk pregnancy and std's and want their reputation harmed, let them go ahead. And let their example be used.

I would even misuse such girls if i had the chance. But I live in a rather conservative area, so there is only choice between fat and fatter.

For someone named HighlyIllogical I find your post to be very logical.
Education from a young age, let young people know what is possible & possibly deadly to them.
Also don't make up shit & lie to them, tell them the truth & prove it to them. Make sure they understand that "IF" they decide to have sex, that they take every possible means to safe guard themselves & their partner !!!!

Like I said earlier, all of that is already in place and has been for the last decade. I remember having to go through those classes, being shown.....just so many pictures of....things....

And contraception education was also included, so it's not like these people don't know what to do, it just seems that they don't care.

I don't think this problem is limited to the UK, personally, but I couldn't say for sure.
