my preloader

hi guys have a look at my preloader and tell me if it is good and wot i can do to improve my preloader

1. you took NG preloader.
2. its very bad.
3. nothing to see.
4. only a little screen.
5. make your own preloader
6 use _root(play); but thats better........

all i need it for is so it will load my movies and games and tut ok so that is ok right

Well, ok:

-If you are supposed to overuse the filters, at least adjust the settings so that they fit.
-It looks weird with the text appearing in front of the.. things.
-Don't use handwritten text, it looks noobish :P
-Is it really a preloader? It doesn't look like there's anything in the flash to load so I can't tell if there's a loading bar.

The preloader isn't good at all, but keep on trying and look at the advices you get ;)

So I have NO idea what that guy's talking about, your preloader looks fine (did he even view it?)
The big gray button kind of bothers me, looks a little dull and plain compared to the rest of the stuff in there, maybe change the color of it or add a slight gradient. Not bad though.

watch sum other preloaders to get sum ideas like mc7 preloader or the blockhead preloader and sum others but i cant talk cos im shit at preloaders

Put a mp3(or waw) somewhere after the preloader, that will do the trick ;)

STOP PICTURE SPAMMING!!!! Go to your account options and set it as you sig, so you wont have to continually upload the picture.

For those who are making preloaders, I'd suggest just swiping the New Grounds preloader and changing some of the graphics.

Eh, only if you just want something to preload your movie. Otherwise, making it yourself is much more pleasing and I get tired of seeing the NG one all over NG.

I can't use filters either. Someone teach me.

Key phrase - changing some of the graphics. For my preloaders, I'm swapping the NG tank for something else. And it is possible to separate the graphics from the rest of the movie clip.

use a mask to hide " team mantra" until the preloader is complete(make sure that "team mantra" is under the mask) maybe u can remobe the bebel in those to parts and make them one symbol and then ad the bebel

Hardly! Having a preloader makes no difference to how long the movie takes to load, and if you don't have one people see a white screen while the movie loads. Which is better, a multi-coloured, appropriately-themed preloader or a blank screen?
