nintendo vs sega

i think about super mario z. could maybe be more like this movie but instead get help from sonic and shadow, mario could get some help from link, starfox, captain falcon and many more. lets make a one big super war. nintendo vs sega. and i talking about the big heroes of nintendo like mario,link,starfox,wario,bowser,yoshi and dk. could be a great movie.

what do you guys think?

My point of view always was that Sega spent too much money on new games, and not nearly enough money on R&D for new consoles. *cough* saturn *cough* dreamcast *cough*
Slowly, they fell behind and were eventually crushed by the superior technology of Nintendo and Playstation.

It's not that their games were bad, or their characters were bad.... Just the company executives.

Nintendo. They've made both great consoles and games. Though SEGAs DremCast was actualy a great console, though extremly underrated, that's probably where they lost the race.

Sega win, because their mascot (Sonic) freaking owns Mario, and they invented the Dreamcast. One of the best consoles ever.

Fact: the nes came out before sega even existed everything you just said was wrong. Back in the early 90's sega might have own nintendo but today sega is just another part of nintendo they make games for nintendo now.

Superior technology? The Sega Saturn was disk based so it could hold more data than the N64. Not only that other consoles couldn't handle the current arcade games due to RAM limitations. Thus the Saturn was best for a home arcade experience. Not only that the Saturn could go online so you could play online games and browse the web.

Than we have the Dreamcast. Sure it didn't have a DVD player, but it still had online years before the PS2 or the release of the Xbox. Also it had the first game that could reconize voice commands: Sea Man.
