I watch it regularly. Though i must say that some of the theories they present such as these doomsday shows, can be rather silly and unrealistic.
The names Food, WillPostForFood.

I tried, but the only thing that come on that ca=hannel is stuff like:
OMG HITLER ACTUALLY HAD RED HAIR BUT DIED IT!?!?!?!
or,
OMG HITLER HAD 7 CHILDREN, WITH !$ DIFFERENT WOMAN IN SECRET LOVE AFFAIR THAT COULD CHANGE HISTORY!!!!??!?1
or,
OMG HITLER WAS ACTUALLY ADDICTED TO CRACK COCAINE AND ALSO WATCHED GAY PORN IN HIS BOMB SHELTER?
I like Discovery channel much better myself.

I used to watch the history channel incessantly.
Soon I realized that I had seen every program available, thus I stopped watching it.

They're both supposed to be scientific. Though discovery channel gave up the scientific shit once they realised how many views they get from shows like american chopper.

I do enjoy the history channel from time to time, though they do have a lot of rather boring useless content. For example a program called "Disasters of the Century", detailed for an hour about a fire in which 5 people died and minimal damage occured. I suppose all the good disasters where all ready taken or something. Or Maybe its just Canada hasn't had many epic disasters and the American or British version would probably be more exciting.
However they do have some interesting things on, mainly having to deal with war in some way. History on Film is pretty good also and so is that Fact and Fiction thing or whatever. Where they a play a documentary and then a film on the same subject. Most recently I saw a documentary on San Quentin Prison, followed by the always enjoyable American History X.
