this is my first atttempt at a girl in MS paint. i'm not sure if it's that good. instead of flaming if it's bad, please give me critique. i realy wanna get better with paint and drawing on the computer overall.

It's hard to evaluate your skills with MS Paint pictures, especially if you draw with a mouse. Try drawing with traditional media like pencil, paper, coloured pencils or watercolour, then scan it in or take a picture, it may get kinder remarks. It's better than continue using a crappy medium and get discouraging comments. Some programs are not meant to be good tools for drawing, no matter how much effort you put into it.
Most people who are pro at drawing people on computer programs have a tablet, which is much better to use than a mouse, if you are doing freehand. Look into one sometime :D

breasts are supposed to be round, and yours are too big.
arms shouldn't be hiding behind her back, they look awkward, one is bigger than the other, and is that a VEIN on the right one?
there is no shape on the body. no curve, no hips, and no feet.
the face looks squashed, and it only looks like she has hair on one side of her head.
ear's too high up.
why is her hair spiky at the top and so awkward looking? hair doesn't look like cardboard.
neck's a little awkward looking without any shoulders.
outfit looks flat on her and doesn't look like an outfit in general.
too sloppy, no shading. no shine to the hair and nothing to set this apart from a child's cartoon and real life.
no eyebrows.
no facial shape.
is this kinda what you were going for?

Here's a tip. Bodies usually have a tendency to have a frame made up of simple geometric figures.

her left arm is TITANIOUSLY long and the other one is too short and has no shoulder. the other shoulder is too pointed.
she has no chin and therefore looks like chin-chan.
her nose is too rounded and looks like an irregular growth. it's too low, too.
her ear is MISSING!
her hair is flat and shapeless and the highlight isn't real-looking. try to make it go horizontal instead of vertical.
HER BOOBS ARE LOW AND SAGGY. one is bigger than the other.

why are there random thick lines in the background and on her tummy and right leg?
her legs are out of proportion and very very long. if those lines in the middle of them are supposed to be knees then yikes... she must be 9 feet tall.
her legs are curvy and bumpy and don't look like legs at all.
there is no curve to the body.
she has an awkward outfit, too. at least draw it in a way that shows the folds and wrinkles in a place other than under her humongous saggy tits...
she has no eyebrow again.
her neck is way too thick.
her boobs are bigger than her head.

you need to round up the shapes like some have already said. work on the body before adding details like hair and clothes
