I am voulentering for a picture animation submition to a Darfur support website
they need a animated .gif with some qualities
which isnt the issue
however, i publish it as a .gif only static and it looks fine

but, when i make it animated, all hell breaks loose

help would be awsome, and a small tid-bit im useing Flash 9(or CS3) im pretty sure if it affects anything...

obviously there are layers of crap your put in there without noticing... or this is a joke.

yeah, im guessing some major keyframes doesnt exist in the last few frames. it should be obvious if you reduce the frame rate way down
