download photoshop trial and draw an eye in that, its tons more powerful than paint, you can get some proper effects in play then. : ) i can help you to begin if you like

here is an unfinished attempt at a person. It is good enough to outshow your drawings and one of my first attempts other than a cartoon character I drew. Might be worse quality because of formats.

Have you tried referencing off a drawn image? It seems like you've put zero structure into your work by just drawing randomly.

Good Artwork needs a core or base design to work off, some people can freely create a work, some work off a sketch etc.

If you don't have a scanner I suggest drawing onto paper then try to replicate it with the mouse.

MsPaint will only do you justice with you line work, colouring or even trying to make a proper image isn't suggested, like Razac said get the Photoshop Trial you'll really enjoy it.

But try working On a sketch or something, and if you don't understand take a look at MindChamber's 15 min sketch thread Here.

There is an example of his core design there.

If you can't afford it, get GIMP, it's free, and MUCH better then Ms Paint.

ugh. Anime fucking sucks. Its over-rated and unoriginal. MS Paint sucks but there are those who are great at it. Maybe you should take some time to get a better style, then try again.

Ask your parents if you can download it. Fair enough they don't want you downloading any old crap that you might see in a popup add, but considering how much time you must spend on that computer drawing, it's not unreasonable to ask if you can download a free open source program that would give you more tools, and so help you improve in what you obviously enjoy doing.

ugh, dude honestly draw something fully- I honestly don't care about the eyes, as I belive (my) drawings of people look LOADs better without pupils, and anime pupils at that!
You proclaim that you are better outside of the computer, as am I, so scan something in because I'm not beliving you.

Your lines are shakey, might be the problem of mouse handling...but then again I am left handed and I can draw this attached thing (its in ms paint too, to be fair)

well yaea it looks better without pupils. its a differant drawing style than me!

who cares about pupils, in fact, who cares about faces, lol XD
