I usually use snus. Think it's called snuff. It's swedish tobacco packed in small bag that you put under your lip. But I used to smoke aswell.. but snuff is more healthier than smokes but more addicting, more nicotine, and it screws your mouth up after long use. But right now I'm actually trying to quit..

So right now I take about 2-3 smokes a day. (To lower my nicotine usage.) And in a week or so, I will try to quit completly..

This is like the 20th time I've tried to quit but I will try:) And I'm not proud of either snuffing or smoking and I wish that I never even touched this shit.

If you guys got any good tip on how to stop, just post:)

you dont get addicted to marijuana it just becomes a habit if you do it enough and cigs suck

True, It won't get you addicted. But most of the ppl who ever tries it will start loving it so much that they will continue. Like me:) But I use it with respect.. Only smoke once or twice a month maximum.. Even if there's no bigger harm smoking it.. only gets you lazy:)
