Whuu?? CS3 there is no such thing there is PhotoShop CS3, pretty much everything adobe CS3 exept for Flash, because it was once owned by Macromedia so they made DreamWeaver and Flash "8" flash8 and dreamweaver8

CS3= Creative Suite 3!
and yes flash8 is very good

I like it better than 8 it has a better interface and I did notice some changes in the brush tool also it acts a lot like PS now.

Download it. It is awesome. New interface though which might throw you off a bit if you have been using Flash 8.
