Nintendo actualy make profit with every wii and ds they sell. Sony and microsoft loose money and rely on software sales. So even if nintendo comes 2nd place with its wii or even 3rd, they will still be laughing away and in the next gen, go HD aswell as an even better control.

Yeah also you buy a GAME consule to play GAMES not movies, music and photo's. that's what an Ipod or any good MP3 is. DS touch the handhelds by storm with it's Inventiveness.

I believe that the Wii is bringing families closer together. And, not only that, the game industry is making many more profits than before (and so is the television industry, since the Wii came around XD ), so I will nd my post with this.

Um, I believe he is using a GBA flashcart with homebrew support. Of course a PSP can play NES games.

Hell, a PSP can run a GBA emulator too. It can also play very few N64 games and will have Goldeneye and Super Smash Bros running once the 12th release of daedalus is out.

Well, all I can say is that if I had ED, Nintendo would be my Viagra.

Seriously, Nintendo is amazing. They've stayed strong since the beginning. Sure, the Gamecube may not have sold well, but I found it to be an amazing console with lots of great games. And as of right now, the Wii is selling extremely well.

Nintendo rocks.

I love you for just that pointing out of the browser. Also, compare prices of the DS and PSP. DS + Browser = 180 bucks
PSP = 300 bucks

(I'm basing this on euros, wich is the same as dolllar, and Eurpean prices)

So, I must admit, the DS has a cheaper browser. And the PSP's batteries don't last as long (so you don't get to enjoy all the extras). That solves the Handheld War.
Now onto Nintendo himslef. They don't go bankrupt even though those big budget fat cat competition. They keep surprising us with new gameplay etc. So for me, Nintendo is the biggest friend I can have. I'm not rich, I can't afford 600 bucks to be spend on a console, Nintendo still allows me to enjoy console games, I ow them so much.
On the other hand, their games don't really south me, well you have the Zelda series, Metroid and others, but this round goes towards Sony - Microsoft. They have a massive varia on games wich are all "Blood, Gore, Brainless Gaming". I like this, and Nintendo doesn't have a wide variety in that genre, wich sadens me.

Anyway, Nintendo is cheap and fun. Good enough for me

XBox is still pretty darn awesome if you ask me.

I think Nintendo is surving. Pokemon Diamond/Pearl did really well in sales (at least in Japan), and I'm sure that Brawl will sell alot, too. Plus, there was news that Nitendo's profits went up by 70%, so they aren't dying by any means.
