I was thinking.

I don't do that a lot.

And I decided that there is only one way to solve the Reason vs. FL debate: a collab.

Any users of either can join for their team.

The teams, once finished, will decide an order to work and will create the song.

The first and last positions are most important, as the first sets the base, and the last does the mastering.

All who use neither may judge, or just ask what they can do.

Let the collab begin!

Also, I am on the FL team, and therefore will not be judging.

Wha? OK - since you have an order of what should be done in what order maybe you should clarify things a bit - either that or let a more freeform collab take place with both teams deciding among themselves who is doing what in which order.

Well shit... even though I know it won't go anywhere I guess I'll jump in on the Reason side.

BTW - any reason users out there, PM me and I'll get you a copy of the current official NewGrounds ReFill if you'd like it - all patches made by NG users.

Well, the teams decide the first and last, I was just saying they are the most important.

I think a more freeform thing would be better... Would give more bend to and fro on what each person can do.. It should be about showing off the abilities of the program, not of a particular person in the collab, so therefore you should decide amongst yourselves what to do... having the most members doesn't have to mean anything good. That just means theres even more people that will have to work on the same thing.

We're going to have to all agree to a common VST, and boot off that. The reason bastards will have LJCoffee's refill.

I guess I can't use my orchestra samples. Unless i'm the last to work on it. Or we can use Edirol Orchestral, the first VST I used. Not big, great lil bugger.

Well Maestro about your samples. If they are only samples that you use all you would have to do is zip the flp.

Also just out of curiosity, when is the deadline for this thing??
