how can the admins be defeating the purpose of the portal when they dictate what that purpose is? if the admins want their opinion to trump the opinion of the userbase, they have every right to do that, and no one can stop them. complaining wont help. i know the portal system is somewhat empowering to the users but just because you can vote on something to decide its fate doesnt mean you have any stake in how the site is run.

I have nothing more to say other than noone is really being mature about this whole thing except for maybe 1 or 2 people, and we should really have this argument between the people who can settle this dispute without insulting the other's intelligence or making stupid claims.

Uhm.... I submitted 1 duck movie. It wasn't great, but it wasn't spam. I didn't (and nobody else for that matter) submit out of hate. Hell, we were just gettin' together as a community and having some fun. I am sorry to all good submissions that were pushed out of the way, that angle never even occurred to me. But come on guys, life will go on.

Time to get to work on my main flash project for the coming weeks, anywho (it's about communism!).

PS: this thread is like a coming out party for clock-haters.

It's strange. Any KK flash will pass without problem, but a bunch of files submitted simultaneously, even though some of them with good quality, were deleted needlessly.

Second; If a Admin shits his pants due something as easy as this, his pants deserves to be sioled on. Even if the site would lag it is still just a site and only holds as much effection and drama as people put into it.
