I do not care if it costs. It it is free that is even better. Tomorrow, I plan to shop for some audio music programs. That allows me to make cool techno or rap like bass beats. Can anyone recommend me any programs? I been using google. I want YOUR OPINION. Please? Anyone?

Allright I personally prefer Fruity Loops because it's user interface is so intuitive and relatively easy to learn. You can get good professional results with FL asweill.
I've tried Reason once or twice but it confused the hell out of me so... I can't really say much about it. What people on here sometimes say is that Reason is sooo much better than FL in terms of sound but that's bullshit, if you master a program you can get the same results with any of the programs.
Hmmm that's actually the only sequencers I've tried but there's loads more like Cubase. I've heard both good and bad things about every sequencer so I'd recommend downloading a demo of all the programs to see what works best for you because it appears to be a matter of taste nowadays, they've all developed ALOT since their initial creation and you could do wicked stuff with any of them.
I hope you find what you're looking for and that this post wasn't too crappy so early in the morning ;)

I'll assume you're using a PC. Reason 3($350) in combination with ACID 6($325) is a good way to go. If you've gotten a mac... get Garage Band (should come standard but if not, that'll run about $200)

Die...

Check out the sticky!

I would say since you're starting to start with something easy and master that before galloping off spending hundreds of dollars on programs you later decide you don't want.

Examples : FL Studio, Acid 6 Express..

You're prices are incredibly incorrect. Reason is more like $400, I'm pretty sure ACID is about $600, but that depends on the version, and GarageBand would only cost $79 because all you would have to do is buy iLife.

I would suggest getting Reason for most of your production and then get either Cubase ($300-$800) or Ableton Live ($600 unless you have a special version) for anything else. Then, look into some VST Plugins like Sytrus and Kontakt. That would set you up fine for a home studio. It is quite expensive, but it'll get the job done.

DON'T WASTE ALL YOUR GODDAMN MONEY ON THESE PROGRAMS AND CHANGE YOUR MIND AND GET FUCKED OVER. TRY IT OUT BEFORE JUST SUDDENLY DECIDING YOU CAN MAKE MUSIC ONE DAY.

Does Reason 3 and ACID work with windows? I plan to buy them. I have at least $500, and I want good audio quality.

Yes, they do. I just want to watch when you ask if you can refund the software because they were too hard to use or something.

If you have a macintosh (macbook or Mac Book Pro) get Logic. It basically cobines reason and pro tools to give you a great selection of options. It will run you about a grand, but for me it is worth it. You can record any live instrument (with an interface of course) and MIDI with a huge selection of effects and sounds. It is a very complex program, but once you get used to it and do your reading it's really easy. If you don't have a good mac, then reason, pro tools even Fruity loops are ok, but Logic is the top self program.

Logic and Cubase are about the same level, both are industry standard, both do exactly the same job, the only difference is that they go about the same thing differently, the end result is the same.
